Q. How can I book a service with you?
► On our web site there is a form for FREE, no obligation, quote. Fill that form and we will reply to you. The other option is to call us. We will need: your Yorkshire full post code and type of service you want. You will receive an e-mail quote with all the details, discussed over the phone with your operator, based on our system.
Q. After I receive my quote via e-mail, what’s next?
► When you check your quote (with unique reference number for Yorkshire customers), make sure that everything you ordered is there and the price suite you, you need to check our Terms and Conditions and to agree them (There is a link with the T&C in the e-mail), then you need to send us an e-mail back, confirming the booking.
Q. How many days in advance I need to call in order to book?
► It is preferable to call us at least 2 days in advance.
Q. Can I change the day and the time of the cleaning?
► Yes, you can do that, but in order to avoid the cancellation fee, you need to send us an e-mail 48 hours before the actual cleaning.
Q. Do you have a cancellation fee?
► Yes. The cancellation fee is equal to the deposit, but not less than 50 GBP. It will apply if you cancel the cleaning in 48 hours before the appointment or if we are not able to access the premises.
Q. Do you need a deposit?
► Yes, we require 50% card or bank transfer deposit before the session. Once the cleaning session is over and you have checked the whole property with the cleaners’ supervisor, you can pay the rest of the amount by cash or card.
Q. What are your working hours?
► We are working 7 days a week and there are no extra charges for the weekends. Our cleaning appointments start at around 08:00 in the morning and 4-5-6:00 in the afternoon, but our Yorkshire Go Cleaners are flexible and if there is any need we can make exceptions. Sometimes our cleaners work 24 / 7 based on our clients’ needs.
Q. Do I have to pay for the parking?
► You need to provide parking space for our cleaners’ car. If it’s not free of charge, you need to cover the expenses for the spot and any congestion charges if applicable.

Q. How long will take before my carpets are dry?
► If the carpets are steam cleaned, they will need 1-2 hours to be completely dry. If we apply a scotchgard protection, they will need 1-2 hours more.
Q. How you clean them?
► We first vacuum them, after that the carpets will be pre-treated with detergents for any dirt and stains. At the end our cleaner will steam clean them with powerful machine, which will extract nearly 90% of the moisture and all the dirt.
Q. And what if you damage the carpet?
► We are fully insured, if by any chance something is damage, we will cover the expenses.
